Refund policy

Returns Window: We offer a 7-Day Easy Return Policy from the date your order is delivered. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you are eligible to request a return or exchange within 7 days.

Eligibility for Return:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Refund Process:

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be processed via bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or store credit.
